Every girl or woman wants to look best and especially highlight their face. It’s true that looking great doesn't have to take too much time or effort. Right makeup can bring flawless beauty if it is applied properly. But most of the ladies don’t know the correct procedure to apply makeup. Here you’ll find a step by step guide on how to apply makeup perfectly.
Step 7: Applying eye makeup is the next lookout. Ensure to make natural looking eyebrows, instead of thin, arched brows. Start by lining your eye lid with an eye liner. Use a brown or soft black liner. Make it more attractive by applying light strokes to the upper lids and outer corner of the eyes.
Makeup Steps:-
Step 1: Everyone have their unique skin type. Normally, there are three types of skin such as oily skin, dry skin, and combination skin. So first determine what type of skin you have. It is good to consult a skin expert before applying any cosmetic.
Step 2: Startup by properly washing your face and hands as well. Do a facial or use a deep cleansing mask. Then apply a toner with a cotton pad dampened in warm water. This will sweep out any remaining dirt and restore the PHP level of your skin.
Step 3: Now, massage a light moisturizer on your face by avoiding the eye area. You can avail your foundation brush or sponge to apply the moisturizer. Before applying any foundation or tinted moisturizer, apply a foundation primer. It will make your skin smooth and let you apply foundation with ease.
Step 4: If you’re using mineral foundation, brush up lightly for overall face coverage. Use a sponge applicator or a foundation brush in case if you're using a liquid foundation. Once your foundation is blended evenly, put on a loose or pressed powder to seal it in place.
Step 5: If you find any red or discolored spot, apply concealer on it. Look in the corners of your eyes and around the nostrils for any spot. Once applied, use the wedge to blend the concealer into the foundation.
Step 6: Now it’s time to apply blush which is an important component among other makeup. Apply a little amount of blush on the apple of your cheek. Use a large brush, if you’re using a powder blush. Lightly sweep it inside towards your cheek bones area from outside. Look for any visible lines or excess powders. If you find any, then use a fluffy powder brush to blend everything together.
Step 8: Now look for an eye shadow which mostly comes in two or three eye colors. Use the applicator to apply the lighter color on the lid by spreading towards the crease. Use the eye shadow brush to apply the darker color inside the crease of the eye lid. Finally, use the larger eye shadow brush to blend all the colors.
Step 9: The eyebrow pencil will give you the finishing touch on your brow. Make sure the eyebrow pencil color somehow matches with your original eyebrow color. Fill up the missing areas to get a natural look.
Step 10: There are different types of mascaras available to choose from. But, before applying any mascara, use a lash curler. Then apply a thin coat of mascara on your top lashes which will prevent mascara flaking off. Apply deep mascara, if you have thin lashes and if you got short lashes, use mascara that can add length. At last use an eye lash brush to prevent clumpy mascara build-up.
Step 11: Applying the lipstick will be the final makeup touch. Before using any lipstick, apply a lip balm, primer, or sealer. This will prevent your lips from feeling dry and your lip makeup will last for a longer time.
Step 12: Choose a lip liner that matches your lip’s natural color. Move on the liner on the natural lines of your lips. Then rub your lips together to spread the color completely inside your lips. It is always better to use a lip brush to apply the lipstick or lip gloss on your lips. This will spread the gloss more evenly. Once done, use a tissue to lightly blot your lips. It will let the lip makeup stay longer.
